At Roam Vexa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns
If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (please confirm your preference when contacting us).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please check your payment method or contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
